Using this website
The information on this website is general guidance about studying and travelling abroad. Intakes, fees, visa rules and work rights change frequently and are confirmed for your case during a consultation. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of admission or a visa.
Our services
A free consultation carries no obligation. Paid services such as university admissions, student visa filing and visit visa filing are provided under a written service agreement that sets out the scope, fees and timelines before any work starts.
What we need from you
You agree to give us accurate and complete information and genuine documents. We cannot be responsible for refusals or delays caused by information that was withheld or incorrect.
Fees and refunds
Service fees are set out in your agreement. University tuition, visa fees, test fees and third-party charges are paid directly to those organisations and are subject to their own refund rules. Our own fees are refundable only as described in the service agreement.
Decisions by third parties
Universities, test providers and visa authorities make their own decisions. We prepare and submit the strongest possible case, but we do not control the outcome and do not promise a particular result.
